What started off as a ‘no light’ day where I wandered Rannoch Moor looking for snowy compositions and was back in the house by 10:30 ended up with a gorgeous blast of light at about 4pm for which I had just enough time to cross the Ballachulish bridge and to get to the other side of Loch Leven.
