Very windy day spent drinking coffee and having a natter with the visitor down at the Isles of Glencoe. Forgot to take a camera so had a wander around the garden instead.

More snow melted today and I spent a half hour down at the jetty taking photographs of the swimmers (including my wife!) but while they were out of view I wandered over to the old slate dressing sheds. Definitely some compositions here given the right conditions!

All the snow is melting fast but that’s left a lot still in the gullys and all of a sudden Glencoe looks like Iceland!

The great winter weather finally broke and so I took it easy and just went for a quick walk around the Lochan

Exploring new areas is one of the pleasures of walking. Here, just near Glencoe village, I’m walking around an area of woodland that doesn’t seem to have had much footfall and it has so much potential.
